The Emirates Insurance Association has been founded by the ministerial decree No. (62) of 1988, and its constitution has been issued in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Economy No. (45) of 1989, aiming to promote cooperation between member insurance companies and agents, and to study the needs of the U.A.E. insurance sector Within the framework of Federal Law No. (3) of 2018 amending some provisions of Federal Law No. (6) of 2007 regarding the establishment of the Insurance Authority and the organization of its work with the prudent directives of H.H. Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, President of the state.
